This page explains how to have your account and information deleted from Treble Solutions Pvt Ltd and from the online shops we host, including an account you signed in to with Google or Facebook.
Ask Us to Delete Your Data
- Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
- Tell us the name or web address of the shop, and the email address of your account there. If you signed in with Facebook without sharing an email address, tell us the name on your Facebook account.
- Send it from that email address if you can; otherwise we will ask you to confirm by a link we email to the account's address.
We reply within 7 days, and delete the account within 30 days of confirming it is yours. We email you when it is done.
What We Delete
- Your account: name, email address, password, addresses and phone numbers.
- The link to your Google or Facebook account.
- Your wish list, saved carts and newsletter subscription.
What We Must Keep
Orders and payments are records the shop must keep by law for tax and accounting. We keep them without your account, and delete them when the period the law sets has passed.
Removing the Google or Facebook Link Only
You can stop a shop from using your Google or Facebook sign-in yourself, at any time:
- Google: your Google Account, Security, "Your connections to third-party apps and services", then remove Treble Solutions.
- Facebook: Settings and privacy, Settings, "Apps and websites", then remove Treble Solutions.
Your account at the shop stays, and you can still sign in with your email address and a password (use "Forgot password" to set one).
